I have used Total Mobile Medical at least 4 times, and every time I am impressed with the outstanding customer service. Jess is kind and quick to respond. One of my most recent tele-med appointments was one day before I had to get a plane for a 14 hour flight. I had a bad case of the runs and the thought of getting on a 14 hour plane ride was terrifying. Jess prescribed a couple medications, and after taking them my issues resolved prior to getting on the plane. I will continue to use Total Mobile Medical and I recommend it to my family and friends. Jess is professional, understanding, and offers a variety of services. It is almost like one-stop shopping for medical care. I highly recommend Total Mobile Medical to anyone who needs medical care. ~ Sophie P

Jess is the best! I was referred to him by another patient and now have him as my PCP. He's so much smarter and far more attentive than any of my past PCPs have been. Super accessible and easy to communicate with. Even having worked with him for a short period of time, Jess was able to pinpoint 2 diagnosis from the bloodwork he drew on a Thursday, called me late Friday to give me the news, and I was getting accurate treatment by Saturday after going to the hospital. This was all after a few months of mystery and not being able to pinpoint what was wrong. Very grateful for Jess! He helped me get the correct diagnosis, correct meds, and I'm already feeling better after a few days and look forward to feeling like my previous healthy self! ~ Ali H

I saw Jess’ truck with his advertisement and took a picture. Several months later I decided it was time to make a change as I turned 50 this year. I spoke with Jess about weight loss and other issues and he designed a custom plan for me. we started in the middle of March and I weighed in at 245 lbs. Fast forward a little more than 4 months and I’m down 40 lbs with another 20 to go. My energy level is great and I’m back to 6 mile trail runs almost daily. No more sciatic pain and my self confidence has also been boosted. I wasn’t embarrassed at the pool for my 50th!! Jess is amazing and having a mobile service has been nothing short of amazing. Oh my goodness!! I am so glad I took the plunge and contacted Jeff at TMM. I haven't looked or felt this good in years. I am an emotional eater and this has totally helped me lose over 50 pounds. I needed an iron infusion and was able to get seem same day! Communication was seamless! From first contact to being seen and treated, everything was flawless! Jess is so very knowledgeable as a medical provider, but it’s also so apparent that he loves what he does and cares about his patients. The office staff and medical assistant are both so wonderful and kind. The atmosphere could not be any more welcoming and comfortable! I got to sit in a heated massage chair while being treated. Once you discover care from Jess as your NP provider, you will start asking yourself why you have been so accepting of such mediocre healthcare for so long. He is knowledgeable, reassuring, and kind. From the first contact, there was Jenn. She is warm, helpful, and will go over and above with her awesome customer service. They make themselves available for you via text, phone or in-person, and while none of us loves going to the doc, when you go to their office, you leave feeling like you are cared about. It's difficult to find a healthcare provider who actually listens to his patients. Jess, not only listens attentively but also provides a personalized approach to care. He provided exceptional care to my mom who had been struggling with low iron for years. Jess, recommended iron infusions and after completing treatment my mom regained her energy and felt incredible. Best mobile service! My husband and I use Jess services’ for vitamin infusions, and so much more! I was having migraines, back & neck pain and Jess helped me immensely with injections to ease the pain. Best Botox I’ve ever gotten! But, most important was he was able to run my labs! I'm a skeptic and don't give 5-star reviews to just 'okay' businesses. Jess and TMM have changed my life. I've lost 27 lbs, my blood labs are so improved it's shocking (triglycerides, etc), I don't have brain fog at work or need to take naps... I can't overstate how different everything's been these last months. The only other thing I've changed is taking lectin-blocking pills with my food, but everything else is all Jess. Worth every penny you spend investing in yourself. ~ Dan H

I started putting on weight during covid and just haven't been able to loose the weight since. No matter what diet and exercise I tried i just couldn't get the weight off. It seemed the harder I tried the more frustrated I got. So glad I met Jess! He has helped me to reach my weight loss goal and get rid of the belly! I first started seeing Jess Morgan a little over 3 years ago at the recommendation of my daughter for Botox injections. I have had them before by medical professionals but not with the same results that I have with Jess. He not only took the time to go over the procedure but to address any questions and or concerns that I might have. The results were wonderful and I continue to receive injections on a suggested regular basis. Since then I am currently undergoing a weight management program that Jess has constructed for me. Jess is an excellent provider who genuinely cares & takes time to efficiently cater to the needs of his patients. Most providers will see you & be in & out in under 10 minutes, but Jess actually takes his time to understand what is going on with his patients, so they can receive the proper treatment.
